We could probably talk your ear off about the benefits of our swimwear, but we’ve decided to leave it to the professionals. We asked two of our favorite fashion bloggers to help us out! Thera Warren from Cloud14+ and Annika Reid from The Stylish Reid are here to tell you all about their experience in Penningtons swimwear and why they love it!
I had the pleasure of trying on some Penningtons swimsuits in store recently. Over all, I was most impressed by the variety of prints and colours as well as the impeccable quality. It was hard, but I narrowed down my favourites.
1. Printed Tankini Swim Top
I love the vibrant colours and support in the straps and bust. Women with a larger chest will especially appreciate the cup support and wider, more comfortable straps.
2. Ruffled Tankini Swim Top
For those who appreciate subtle colour but fabulous print, I recommend this suit. The leafy print is completely on trend with hues of light pink, soft green and blue. Again, the bust support is like no other I have ever seen in swimwear!
3. Ruffled Crochet Swim Top
This one is my top pick! I love it for the girlie crochet detail and the color – it is the sweetest shade of rose red. This swim suit offers a very unique neckline that beautifully accentuates the shoulders with delicate straps, while still offering fantastic support. I paired all 3 swim tops with the Sea Brief Swim Bottom and all in a size 2X.
I usually dread swimwear shopping, but I had an amazing time shopping for Swimwear at Pennington’s. I am a very busty woman, so for me the most important factor aside from style is proper support. As a woman with a size H cup, I was especially impressed with the accuracy of fit and quality with these swimwear bra tops.
I loved this sporty tankini style with a matching black boy short. It was comfortable and cute. The multi coloured bandeau style top underneath was a cute feature and not something I had seen typically in plus size swimwear.
This tankini was adorable and very supportive. I paired it with a high-waisted bikini bottom which had some fun crisscrossed lacing on the sides.
This look was my favourite! I loved the hot pink, and the vintage flair. I paired the top with a black swim skirt. I think the skirt option is adorable, youthful and versatile. I appreciate that the swimwear bottoms come in solid black, which gives me the option to mix and match with other tops.
