For a chance to win one (1) of five (5) mblm iPhone cases, entrants must follow Penningtons’ Facebook page, and then like and comment on Penningtons’ Facebook Contest post with their response. The total and approximate value of the prize is 5 dollars ($5), and will not under any circumstances exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Each entrant who likes and comments on the post in the manner described will receive one (1) entry. Each entrant is limited to one (1) entry.
Entrants who have multiple Facebook accounts will be allowed only one (1) entry. The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. Each entrant is providing his/her information to Penningtons and not to Facebook. By participating in this Contest, each entrant agrees to release and forever discharge Facebook and Reitmans from any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, liabilities, costs, losses and expenses arising out of, or in connection with the Contest. Entrants are required to abide by the official rules and guidelines of Facebook.
The Contest will run from March 27 2014, 8:50 am Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) until April 3rd, 2014, 12:00 pm. The random draw will be held on April 3rd, 2012, 2:00 pm EST at the head office of Reitmans Canada Inc., 250 Sauvé Street West, Montréal, QC, Canada, H3L 1Z2. Winners will be contacted by reply to their original comment on Facebook within one day of the draw. In order to receive the prize, the winner will have until April 30, 2014, 5:00 pm EST to submit his/her mailing address and to correctly answer (without the help of another person or a mechanical device) the mathematical skill-testing question asked in the private message. The chances of winning a prize will depend on the number of entrants. Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years old and be residents of Canada. Reitmans employees are not eligible to enter the Contest.
